Reber #12

(0.5hp) Mincer with a capacity of 50-90kg per hour, is the perfect size for home butchers/hunters/farmers/households that have a keen interest in producing their own food products. This particular model also has 2 sausage making funnels included in the purchase price. In recent years their has been a big swing towards people being more self sufficient and aware of how their food is produced, if you would like to know exactly what is in your sausages then a quality mincer will be an invaluable tool.

Continuous duty, electric induction motors. Cooling fan, fan cover and tight switch condenser box are made in plastic material. Body propeller and ring nut in tin plated food grade cast iron.

Reber #12 meat mincer comes with one plate that has 6mm holes, different plates are available to be purchased  separately.

Or upgrade to a #22(1hp) mincer with a capacity of 70-120kg per hour for $185 extra.

Reber 5kg filler:

Unlike most of the other cheap fillers you have probably just looked at the Reber Sausage fillers are manufactured in Italy with only the highest quality materials.

The 5kg & 8kg models are heavy duty machines with a unitised bearing structure made of steel. The barrel is in food grade stainless steel on all models with a steel rack. They have a nylon rest for the piston with the cover and piston seals in food grade plastic. All Reber fillers are built with a patented air release valve set up to remove air before it gets into your casings.

They come complete with 4 filling nozzles.

2 speed forward slow and reverse fast


  • Steel gears and casing gears.
  • Front vent hole without any valves on the piston.
  • All stuffers are equipped with a set of four filling funnels (15, 23, 28 & 38 mm).
  • Stainless steel AISI 304 pipe for meat.

Each strand has the capacity to hold 4.5-5kg of seasoned meat depending on how tightly they are filled. Each strand is 13.72 metres in length. Collagen is the basis of the connective tissue found in all mammals. At Devro we use very sophisticated technology to turn it into strong, flexible, edible food casings.
Storage Requirements:
*Storing Devro Casings is easy. Please store Devro Casings in a cool and dry place.
*Recommended storage temperature is 5 ~ 15 degrees Celsius (avoid freezing temperatures).
*To store remaining casings, please wrap the caddy in plastic and seal with scotch tape to prevent dehydration or rehydration.
*Under proper and consistent storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of three years after the date of production.
