1. 2.6kg Cylinder:

Our 2.6Kg gas bottles come full. With a cylinder shut off valve this little tank can dispense up to 400 litres of beer. Up to 200L of carbonating and dispensing if used for homebrewing purposes.

2. 6kg Cylinder:

Our 6kg CO2 Gas cylinders come full. With a cylinder shut off valve this larger tank can dispense up to 1000L and carbonate and dispense up to 500L of beer.

Testing Instructions:

We strongly suggest testing your connections prior to leaving the cylinder on.

1. Disconnect the gas side of your set up from your kegs.
2.Turn on the gas at the black valve
3.Turn the grey regulator clockwise until the low-pressure side reaches 40psi
4.Turn off the black valve at the top of the bottle.
5.Wait 2+ Hours (or leave overnight)
6. If the left and right pressure gauge on the regulator has dropped or is showing 0psi. Then it is safe to say you have a leak somewhere in the line. You will need to check all connections with soapy detergent water to locate the leak.
7. We recommend checking all clamped sections, or if you’re using push-in fittings, to ensure they’re not bending or being stretched as this will cause a micro leak.

Refilling:

• We have a refill system in place in our retail store. For a 2.6kg refill it is $35.00, for a 6kg cylinder refill is $60. Simply bring your empty cylinder into the store and we will refill it for you on a Thursday between 10am and 12pm each week. You are welcome to leave you bottle with us until Thursday when we do the refill’s.

Warning:

• At the moment there are many un-certified CO2 Cylinders that are being sold in Australia. Look out for imitations. This cylinder is fully Australian Standards approved and comes with hydro-static test station marks and each cylinder is individually serial numbered. Other imitations are dangerous and could explode. NEVER purchase an un-certified cylinder.
