COSTS
$100 per day or part thereof. Pick up at 9.30am and return at 4:30pm or pick up at 4:00pm and return by 10:00am the next day. Weekend hire also available for $150. Pick up Friday at 4:00pm and returning Monday by 10:00am
Security deposit of $150 payable on pick up and refundable on return of the unit clean and in full working order. Unit does NOT come with a gas bottle.

Cleaning:
When the oven exceeds 350ºC it will automatically initiate a stone self-cleaning process, effectively burning off any food residue within approximately 30 minutes. Self cleaning can take around 120 minutes, depending on how stubborn the food residue is. Use a non-metal brush to dislodge remaining food residue.
