Description:
Satay Marinade is a free flowing, fine granular seasoning-blend. It is a blend of various herbs and spices to impart a Satay flavour to products in which it is applied to. It is yellow/brown in colour with a strong nutty Satay Flavour.
Recommended usage:
Wet: Mix 100grams of Marinade to 300mls water to make a thick marinade; more or less water may be added to vary the viscosity and flavour concentration.
Dry: Sprinkle Marinade on product, stand for approximately 30 minutes prior to cooking. Re-apply if required.
