This Manual Meat Tenderiser uses 48 stainless steel sabre blades, set in 3 parallel rows of 16 to tenderise any boneless cut of beef, veal, pork, chicken, lamb or fish, and reduce cooking time up to 40 percent. Enjoy deeper and quicker penetration of marinades, and even cooking throughout chicken and other meats with uneven thickness. Tenderizing helps create more flavour and less shrinkage, and your meats will more rapidly absorb marinade. Use on a cutting board, gently pressing the tenderizer over the meat. If the meat is thicker than 2.5cm tenderize both sides. The manual meat tenderiser can be cleaned under hot running water or placed in the top rack of the dishwasher. It is recommended that you clean your tenderiser before using for the first time, and occasionally oil the two main columns with salad or mineral oil.
