Description:
Misty Gully’s range of high-quality biltong seasoning allow you to produce gourmet biltong at home.
Directions for use: Use 2kg of Silverside, 100ml Malt Vinegar, 10ml Liquid Smoke
- Following the grain of the meat cut into 1 inch thick slices
- Rub in Biltong Seasoning mix evenly on meat place into a plastic container
- Add vinegar and liquid smoke as you layer the meat in the container
- Cure in the fridge for 12 hours, turn meat after 6 hours
- Pat dry meat and hang in Biltong Box
- Dry for 2-3 days depending how you like it
Storeage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use only as directed
Ingredients: Spices, Salt.
Makes 2kg of Biltong per pack.
