Description:

Nelson Sauvin is a dual purpose New Zealand hop. It displays a unique Sauvignon Blanc aroma, and is also a good bittering hop. Used in many styles including pale ales and pilsners. Nelson Sauvin has the unique ability to impart a distinctive cool climate white wine fruitiness. This dual-purpose variety can be used to produce big punchy Ales as well as subtle yet bitter Lagers.
