Description:
Reber have now established themselves as the #1 choice in Australia for household meat processing products. Their product range includes meat mincers, sausage fillers, tomato machines, vacuum packers and other related products. Whether you are a paid home butcher or someone who likes to dabble in sausage making then you can be assured that purchasing a reber product will be money well spent!
The 5kg & 8kg models are heavy duty machines with a unitised bearing structure made of steel. The barrel is in food grade stainless steel on all models with a steel rack. They have a nylon rest for the piston with the cover and piston seals in food grade plastic. All Reber fillers are built with a patented air release valve set up to remove air before it gets into your casings.
Unlike most of the other cheap fillers in the market place, Reber fillers are manufactured in Italy with only the highest quality materials.
Specifications:
- Steel gears and casing gears.
- Front vent hole without any valves on the piston.
- All fillers are equipped with a set of four filling funnels (15, 23, 28 & 38 mm).
- Stainless steel AISI 304 pipe for meat.
- Metal gears for reduction and multiplication of the piston speed for sausage filling operations (slow) and extraction of the piston at the end of the work (quick) easier and faster (except models 8952 N and 8962 N).
- Main casing in stainless steel or red painted steel.

Garrie Negus –
Finally after years of borrowing other peoples machines we bit the bullet and bought our own machine, we used it for the 1st time today processing 5 different types sausage and some 25kg of meat. It was an easy day, the 5kg capacity made small batches of different flavours a simple task. Cleaning the machine was a breeze (unlike some of the others we have used) Looking forward to our next home kill and sausage making day.
The only two negatives we have are:
It could do with suckers for feet so it does not move in use (a common fault on all we have used).
An Alan key supplied with it would be useful, for taking the plunger apart for cleaning.
But still very glad we bought it.
