Description:

There is two ways to distill your wash. The traditional small batch distiller uses the Create + T500 Still to distill alcohol to create a pure clean spirit with no taste or flavours at all. The second way is to use the Alembic Still to distill alcohol that contains flavours where the home distiller wants to collect and retain the character of the original alcohol.

The Create+ Boiler 25 L is the recommended boiler base for use with the Create+ T500 Column & Condenser and the Create+ Alembic Copper Dome & Condenser. With a maximum capacity of 25 litres, the Create+ Boiler is designed for distillers seeking precise control and versatile functionality.

This Alembic Pot Still is made up of the Create+ Boiler 25L with a Create+ Alembic Copper Dome Top and Create+ Alembic Copper Condenser.

Instead of stripping flavours to give clean spirit like the Reflux Condenser Still, this pot still retains and enhances flavours. This can be used when distilling washes that contain flavours that you wish to collect.

Create+ Alembic Condenser:

Is best used with the Create+ Boiler and the Create+ Alembic Dome Top. You can use this with the Create+ Boiler without the Create+ Alembic Dome Top, to do this it fits on to the lid of the Create+ Boiler. The Alembic Condenser is what differentiates this still from the Reflux Condensers. It is what retains the flavour rather than stripping it out by refluxing. This comes with a thermometer, tubing and tap adaptor set.

Create+ Alembic Dome Top:

Is copper and fits on to your Create+ Boiler. This can be used in place of the Create+ Boiler’s stainless steel lid. The large copper surface area of this dome top acts as a catalyst with the vapor in the still and helps enhance and concentrate the flavours and aromas as well as remove unwanted sulphur compounds. This produces a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit.

Create+ 25L Boiler Stainless Steel:

The Create+ Boiler is the recommended boiler base for use with the Create+ Reflux Condensers and Create+ Alembic Dome & Condenser. Made from 304 grade stainless steel, this boiler features dual element control switches, a stainless steel ball valve tap and an automatic reset switch.
