Reber #32 1.5hp mincer:

is a serious mincer! This is the sort of machine that can be utilised daily by home butchers with a heavy duty work load. If you can afford it, you will never regret going for a bigger capacity machine. There is a reverse switch fitted, which comes in handy if sinews or foreign objects happen to jam the mincing worm.

Continuous duty, electric induction motors. Cooling fan, stainless steel fan cover, tight switch condenser box. Body propeller and ring nut in tin plated food grade cast iron.

Comes equipped with one 6mm & one 10mm stainless steel plate, with different plates available for purchase separately.

8kg Reber sausage filler:

Unlike most of the other cheap fillers you have probably just looked at the Reber Sausage fillers are manufactured in Italy with only the highest quality materials.

The 8kg model are heavy duty machines with a unitised bearing structure made of steel. The barrel is in food grade stainless steel. They have a nylon rest for the piston with the cover and piston seals in food grade plastic. All Reber fillers are built with a patented air release valve set up to remove air before it gets into your casings.

They come complete with 4 filling nozzles.

2 speed forward slow and reverse fast

SUMMARY:

  • Front vent hole without any valves on the piston.

Each strand has the capacity to hold 4.5-5kg of seasoned meat depending on how tightly they are filled. Each strand is 13.72 metres in length. Collagen is the basis of the connective tissue found in all mammals. At Devro we use very sophisticated technology to turn it into strong, flexible, edible food casings.

Storage Requirements:
*Storing Devro Casings is easy. Please store Devro Casings in a cool and dry place.
*Recommended storage temperature is 5 ~ 15 degrees Celsius (avoid freezing temperatures).
*To store remaining casings, please wrap the caddy in plastic and seal with scotch tape to prevent dehydration or re-hydration.
*Under proper and consistent storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of three years after the date of production.
