Buschbeck BBQ / Outdoor Fireplaces have an impressive twin skin system that creates a thermal barrier allowing air to constantly circulate around the firebox and ensuring the fireplace stays cool and safe enough to touch. The refractory inner firebox takes the brunt of the heat and enables the Buschbeck BBQ / Outdoor Fireplace to be used for even more than just charcoal barbecuing, it can also be fueled with wood and thus serve as an “all-round outdoor fireplace”.

Only the Buschbeck BBQ / Outdoor Fireplace utilises a unique concrete formula with a beautiful and rugged quartzite finish that lasts a lifetime – plus components that are steel reinforced for the ultimate in strength and durability with no painting or plastering required.

Rondo Description:

The popular Rondo series boasts a more rounded design and is finished in white quartz concrete. It is available in three different styles: White, Grey & Mocha. Each style is complimented by an insert set within the mantel piece.

• White – A white quartz surface, clean and natural white firebox and wood storage component with  a real copper insert set within the mantelpiece.
  
• Grey – A white quartz surface, stunning grey firebox and wood storage component  with  a stainless steel insert set within the mantelpiece.
• Mocha – A white quartz surface, warm mocha tone firebox and wood storage components with  a real copper insert set within the mantelpiece.

The Buschbeck Rondo’s spaciously proportioned combustion chamber allows easy access to either turn over food whilst cooking or for loading more fuel on. The double skinned construction of the Rondo means it can burn several different types of fuel allowing you to start off cooking with charcoal and easily move on to logs or firewood when you want to sit round the fireplace to keep nice and warm! The convenient fuel storage area underneath is great for both logs and charcoal.

Not only is the Buschbeck Rondo a brilliant barbecue but it is also a fantastic natural fuel fireplace / patio heater. For cooking, the Rondo has four adjustable cooking heights and comes with a heavy duty chrome grill with plenty of space to grill on.

Made from high quality stainless steel with a soapstone pizza stone and steatite plate, you simply slide the pizza insert into the fire over hot coals and you’re cooking. Suitable with all Buschbeck models
• Rotisserie
  If you’re into cooking on the spit, the optional Buschbeck Rotisserie Insert works a treat. Made from high grade stainless steel and comes complete with an electric battery motor.
• Heavy Duty Grill Rack
  Cleverly designed, the Buschbeck cast iron porcelain coated reversible cooking grill features inverted “V” cooking bars. This allows one side to focus the heat into the cooking bars for those perfect sear lines, whilst the other side features grooves that channel away excess cooking juices (ideal for grilling fattier food such as belly pork or ribs).
• Buschbeck Cover
  Extend the life and maintain the condition of your Buschbeck BBQ / Outdoor Fireplace with a full-length, heavy-duty and UV-resistant vinyl cover. Designed to fit and protect your Buschbeck BBQ / Outdoor Fireplace all year round.
• Fire Grate & Ash Pan
  Allows better combustion, easier charcoal & fire starting and makes cleaning the BBQ after use much easier. Made out of high-grade stainless steel (304 grade).
• 1.5kg Bag White Mortar
  Mortar for masonry barbecues strengthen and preventing air leaks around the chimney joints.
  
• Cast Iron Hot Plate
  This is truly a heavy duty hot plate to meet all your cooking needs. The porcelain enamelled coating allows the hot plate to be cleaned more easily after use, whilst preventing corrosion to the grilling surfaces of the hot plate.
• Infrared Gun Thermometer
  To get the perfect pizza, its important you cook it at the perfect temperature. The Infrared Gun Thermometer helps you to ensure the pizza stone is at the desired temperature before you ‘shoot’ your pizza.
• Long Handle Spatula
  Use this stainless steel Pizza Peel to remove your cooked pizza from the Pizza Oven Insert and transfer it to a cutting board, serving tray or your Wooden Pizza Peel.
• Pizza Cutter
  Chop your pizza like a pro with this stainless steel rocking cutter. Ideal for quick and effective slicing of pizza. 
  
• Wooden Pizza Peel
  The Wooden Pizza Peel is the ideal way to slice and serve your perfectly cooked pizza.

  Fits in the chimney to restrict the emission of sparks and embers. Suitable for the Rondo Model only.
