There is two ways to distill your wash. The traditional small batch distiller uses the Turbo 500 Still to distill alcohol to create a pure clean spirit with no taste or flavours at all. The second way is to use the Alembic Still to distill alcohol that contains flavours where the home distiller wants to collect and retain the character of the original alcohol.
