Description:
All Inn Brewing Co. fresh wort kits are 15L of wort to make 20L of beer. Fresh wort kits give much better results than “Kit & Kilo” recipes as the wort isn’t boiled off until it fits in a can. This gives a much fresher beer which tastes just like it would from the brewery, and are an excellent option if you don’t have the time, skill or equipment to do a full all grain brew.
Instructions for use:
1. Decant cube into clean and sanitized fermenter.
2. Add 5 liters of water to the fresh wort kits which brings volume to 20 litres.
3. Aerate, pitch yeast and add any additional hops as desired. (suggestions are provided per kit)
4. Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg.
5. Enjoy responsibly.

Lager (Consequences):
This is a consequence of many things: of bucking the trends, ignoring the fashion, and working hard to make a rewarding, unpretentious beer with a lean, pale malt base and subtle bitterness – a pleasant surprise in this complex world. Whenever you need a crisp, dry lager, there will be Consequences.
ABV: 5%
Malts: Pilsner, Wheat.
Hops: Magnum, Saaz
Yeast Suggestion: Morgans Premium Lager, S189, WLP840 or Wyeast 2007

Japanese Lager (Kissaki):
A nimble Japanese-style rice lager, born from a fusion of the traditional and the super modern. Carefully honed, for balance and razor-sharp crispness.
ABV: 4.2%
Malts: Lager Light
Hops: Saaz, Sorachi Ace
Yeast Suggestion: Mangrove Jack’s M54/84, S189, WLP840, Wyeast 2007, Diamond Lager
Dry Hop Suggestion: Nil
Summer Ale (Riptide):
New wave hops from New Zealand and Tasmania give bright citrus and berry aromas to this nimble and finely textured thirst quencher
ABV: 4.5%

Session Ale (Sabre):
A little sleight of hand sneaks an enjoyable amount of passionfruit and pineapple flavours into a light and easy-going beer.
ABV: 3.5%
Malts: Pale: 85%, Wheat 10%, Crystal 5%
Hops: Azacca, El Dorado
Yeast Suggestion: Mangrove Jack’s M36, US05, WLP001, Wyeast 1056 or Nottingham
Dry Hop Suggestion: Azacca + El Dorado 25gm for 4 days
Australian Pale Ale (Bearded Dragon):
Built for surviving and thriving in the heat. A restorative concoction with a touch of wheat malt, uplifted by modern Australian hop varieties.
ABV: 5%
Malts: Pale, Wheat
Hops: Vic Secret, Galaxy
Yeast Suggestion: Mangrove Jack’s M36, US05, WLP001, Wyeast 1056 or Nottingham
Dry Hop Suggestion: 50gm Galaxy for 4 days
NEIPA:
A Hazy IPA which frees all flavours exhibiting tropical and stone fruit, mango, pineapple citrus, tangerine, coconut and candy, with more than enough aroma to write home about. The NEIPA is part of the experimental series and may not be around forever so get your hands on this TODAY.
ABV: 5.6%

Pale Ale (Mercenary):
Sophisticated, yet simple. That’s our Mercenary. All smiles and flashes of gold, with just a little sweetness before the bitter finish. Strong hits of citrus and pine keep things fresh, bright and invigorating like an afternoon on a California gold course – but infinitely more accessible.

Citra XPA:
An excellent introduction to Citra hops in a simple, clean, and only moderately bitter beer. Citrus, grapefruit, lychee, passionfruit and melon notes.

A redshifted IPA with malt richness in overdrive and a gang of four powerful new world hop varieties to boldly go further.

Amber Ale:
A sturdy but sprightly malt base provides a firm foundation for fresh fruit and spice notes to show off a little.

Robust Porter (Clockwork):
Never mind its mechanical appearance, Clockwork is a soulful porter with coffee and chocolate flavours combined with subtle earthy and woody characters for added complexity. Brewed with no added extras, just a careful selection of seven different malts, it’s more than the sum of its parts.
ABV: 4.8%
Malts: Pale: 57%, Munich 14%, Crystal 14%, Wheat 7%, Brown 3%, Chocolate 3%, Black 2%

Milk Stout (Writersblock):
A smooth creamy luxurious stout, which balances juxtapose bitter spicy piquant English hops and a sweet subtly saccharine dose scintilla of milk sugar

With Munich, Biscuit, Toffee, Supernova, Lactose, Dulce De Leche, Coconut, Cacao Nibs and Vanilla – this experimental FWK is a flavour explosion perfect for winter.
