Discovered and introduced by Virgil Gamache Farms in Washington State, Amarillo. is an aroma variety that has recently become one of the top 10 varieties utilised by the craft beer industry. It features relatively high alpha acids along with extremely high levels of myrcene for citrus and grapefruit flavours. As a result, it is an excellent dual purpose variety. Great hop for American ales and IPA-s with its floral and citrusy aroma.

Bred in 1974 and released by Washington State University in 1990, Centennial is an aroma-type cultivar that has found favour as one of the most popular varieties in craft brewing. It is often referred to as a super-Cascade (containing nearly double the alpha content) and can be used for bittering purposes. Medium intensity floral and citrus (lemon) tones. Well suited to American Ales, IPA & Wheat Beers.

Mosaic is a daughter of Simcoe and a Nugget derived male. Mosaic is named in honour of the artistic assortment of aromas and flavors it is capable of presenting. Aroma descriptors include blueberry, tangerine, papaya, rose, blossoms, grass and bubble gum.  Generally used in Pale Ales, IPAs, and Stouts, so far Mosaic has been found to make a great addition to any recipe.

Nelson Sauvin is a dual purpose New Zealand hop. It displays a unique Sauvignon Blanc aroma, and is also a good bittering hop. Used in many styles including pale ales and pilsners. Nelson Sauvin has the unique ability to impart a distinctive cool climate white wine fruitiness. This dual-purpose variety can be used to produce big punchy Ales as well as subtle yet bitter Lagers.
