COSTS

$35 per day or part thereof. Pick up at 9.30am and return at 4:30pm or pick up at 4:00pm and return by 10:00am the next day. Weekend hire also available for $50. Pick up Friday at 4:00pm and returning Monday by 10:00am
Security deposit of one day’s hire ($35) payable on pick up and refundable on return of the unit clean and in full working order.

The Carnivore Collective 5 Sausage & Salami Filler comes with a new gearing system. Features a 2 speed, 3-gear system built with a stainless steel construction, frame stuffing tubes and cylinder. The air-exhaust valve in the piston allows excess air to escape as the piston moves down. The valve closed automatically when the piston touches the meat. This decreases air pockets in your sausage links. Available in blue.

Four different diameter funnels cover most popular sizes of standard sausage casings: 16mm, 22mm, 32mm, 38mm. Tilting and removable canister for quick filling and easy cleaning.
