BBQ Seasoning Smokey is a flavoursome blend of a variety of spices for the professional barbecuer. It may also be used as an ‘all-purpose’ seasoning/sprinkle or marinade.

Recommended Usage:

Dry: Sprinkle generously wherever required prior to cooking meat, poultry and seafood. It can also be used as a flavour enhancer for hamburgers, rissoles or patties.
Wet: Mix 500gr of BBQ Seasoning Smokey per 1.5lt of water to make a thick marinade; more or less water may be added to vary the viscosity and flavour concentration.
