Description:

This Carnivore Collective Ham / Terrine Press is used to compress and shape raw meat into uniform slices. Using the Press is simple and straightforward. First, place your desired amount of meat between the two plates. Then, using the handle, press down firmly to compress.

This Press has a capacity up to 2kg at a time. This makes it ideal for large family gatherings or parties, where you need to press a larger amount.

The Press can  be used for ham and other meats such as turkey and roast beef. You can also press you own terrines, pâtés, and other delicious charcuterie treats.

Constructed from Stainless Steel, it’s resistance to corrosion and staining means that it can withstand constant contact with raw meat without compromising its structural integrity.

In addition, stainless steel’s smooth surface makes it easy to clean and maintain, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
