More subtle in character, Ella (previously known as Stella) packs less of an upfront punch than her big sister Galaxy. In lower doses, Ella can display floral and subtle spice notes, such as star anise, with larger additions or when dry hopping, Aroma descriptors of tropical flavours, grapefruit and star anise. Suited to Lagers, Pilsners, Pale Ales & Stouts.
