A flavoursome seasoning-blend of a variety of spice and herbs, it contains wild Australian Lemon Myrtle, Aniseed Myrtle and Rainforest Lime. It is reddish in colour with visible spices and herbs and it has an exotic flavour and aroma. A versatile flavour which supplements all dishes; Meat, Poultry, Seafood and Vegetables.

Recommended Usage:

Sprinkle generously wherever required prior to cooking meat, poultry, seafood and vegetables. Usage is approximately 10-15 grams per kilo of finish products.
