Another great snack is fruit leathers or roll ups. Blended fruit (essentially a smoothie) can be dried on a non-stick sheet (one is included with purchase) and will turn into a sticky, chewy and healthy fruit treat for the family!
2. Healthy Snack Alternatives
Replace unhealthy snacks from the pantry with a modern and delicious twist.
Rub some cold pressed olive-,nut- or seed oil in some kale leaves and sprinkle with sea salt and cracked pepper.
