Motueka (AKA B Saaz) is a recently developed hop from New Zealand. It displays a unique floral citrus aroma and shares character with its Saaz parent. Used in many styles, it is very popular in Lagers and Pilsners. It imparts a balanced bitterness as well as a desirable new world type aroma. Used for its bold aroma of of lemon, lime and tropical fruits
