Designed to provide nutritious and wholesome meals in half the time, this pressure cooker is ideal for cooking a simple and easy beef and mushroom stew, as well as a complete beef bourguignon or traditional beef and dumpling stew. The 5mm impacted, bonded base is perfect for browning and caramelising meats to provide complete layers of flavour to your cooking. The full stainless steel construction with a heat diffusing bottom ensures even heat distribution.

  • Safety and locking valve releases pressure between 112-160 kpa in the highly unlikely event the weight valve should fail
  • Safety window (silicone gasket) in lid releases pressure between 160-280 kpa
