Coated with a stone-like non-stick finish, the cooking surface is hard wearing and abrasion resistant. The offset handle keeps hands clear of heat and offers a comfortable, well balanced grip.

The heavy gauge base conducts heat evenly on all stove tops including induction and the pan can also be used under the grill or in the oven to 180°. Your crepe/pancake pan is dishwasher safe although hand washing is recommended to keep it in as-new condition.
