Follow Brick Road and you will soon be brewing fresh beer that tastes better than commercial beer – because Brick Road uses the world’s best malts, hops and yeasts. Brick Road Brewing was created from a passion for making the very best fresh beer at home, simply and easily. Each can contains the foundations of great beer, so you can build your own unique recipes brick-by-brick. Brick Road searched the world to find the best maltster.
Only the finest grains are selected and malted. Malts are blended to suit the beer style, then mashed with hops to create wort. The fresh wort is gently reduced to 80 Brix before being canned fresh on-site to retain its original delicious malt flavours. Brick Road brings you hopped beer kits in the Craft Range with yeasts-to-style and dry hops under the lids. Use the beer kits to create the style on the label or to create your own unique recipes brick-by brick with Brick Road liquid or Dry Malt Extracts. Instructions are under the lids, additional fermentables, dry hop additions and alternate yeast options are on the can labels.
Mosaic Hazy IPA
This bright, golden Hazy IPA has a soft juicy mouthfeel from wheat malt, and a tropical, floral fruitiness from Mosaic hops. This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with Hazy Ale Yeast and Mosaic dry hop pellets. For even more aroma and flavour, add up to 200g of citrus or fruity hops like Citra, Amarillo, Galaxy, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka or Nectaron.
Citra Hazy IPA
This golden Hazy IPA has a soft mouthfeel from wheat malt and a pungent floral, lime and stonefruit flavour from the Citra hops. This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with Hazy Ale Yeast and Citra dry hop pellets. For even more aroma and flavour, add up to 200g of tropical fruity hops like Mosaic, Amarillo, Galaxy, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka or Nectaron.
Mosaic West Coast IPA
This golden West Coast IPA has a fresh, clean mouthfeel and medium bitterness from the hopped ale malts, followed by a delicious stonefruit, citrus finish from the Mosaic dry-hopping. This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with American Ale Yeast and Mosaic dry hop pellets. For even more citrus or fruity aroma and flavour, add up to 200g of hops like Centennial, Cascade, Citra, Amarillo, Galaxy, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka. For more piney notes add Columbus or Tomohawk.
Columbus Red IPA
This Red IPA brings you a rich malty flavour from the amber ale malts and a pungent, earthy, peppery aroma with a hint of citrus. This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with Premium Ale Yeast and Colombus dry hop pellets. To add a more piney, earthy hop aroma, dry hop with up to 200g of other American ‘C’ hops like Cascade, Centennial, or Colombus.
NZ Craft Pilsner
This NZ Pilsner with fresh bready malts features the passionfruit, lemon and tropical aromas of the NZ Motueka hops, finishing with a dry, clean bitterness to freshen the palate. This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with Pacific Lager yeast and Motueka dry hop pellets. To add even more aroma and flavour, add up to 200g of tropical fruity NZ hops like Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka or Nectaron.
Pacific Pale Ale
This Classic Pacific Pale Ale kit comes complete with Ale yeast. This Pacific Pale Ale uses extra light ale malts for a fresh white bread malt base. For a tropical fruit sensation, dry hop with at least 30g (up to 200g) of American, New Zealand and Australian hops like Cascade, Citra, Galaxy, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka.
Mosaic Pale Ale
This light gold Pale Ale has a base of pale ale malts to showcase the tropical fruit aroma of the Mosaic hops. This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with American Ale Yeast and Mosaic dry hop pellets. To boost the tropical fruit aromas, add up to 200g of Australian or New Zealand hops like Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka.
Cascade APA
This pale amber American Pale Ale brings you a rich malty flavour from the amber and ale malts and a citrus, grapefruit finish from the Cascade hops. This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with American Ale Yeast and Cascade dry hop pellets. To add a more piney and earthy hop aroma, dry hop up to 200g of other American ‘C’ hops like Cascade, Centennial or Colombus. For more of a tropical or stonefruit character, add Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka hops.
Imperial Porter
This full-bodied dark, malty, Imperial Porter is a truly satisfying beer. With caramel and cocoa sweetness balanced by a medium hop bitterness. Sweetness and body can be added with 1kg lactose. This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with American Ale Yeast and Chinook dry hop pellets.
French Saison
This classic light coloured Saison has a clean, fresh malt flavour from wheat and pale malts. It also has fruity, spicy and peppery flavours from the Saison yeast. This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with Saison yeast and Saaz dry hop pellets.
Belgian Witbier
This cloudy Belgian Witbier has a pleasant bread-grain malt flavour from the wheat malt. It comes with a zesty orange citrus and coriander spice flavour from the Witbier yeast characters. This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with Belgian Wit Yeast and Hallertau dry hop pellets.
