Our retail shop and warehouse is located at 161 Vincent Road, Wangaratta, Victoria 3677. All internet purchases can be collected from this location if you elect to use our ‘local pickup’ function. This shop is now open 7 days a week to offer our customers maximum shopping convenience, please note our opening hours are as follows:

9.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday

9.00am-2.00pm on Saturdays

10:00am-14:00pm on Sundays

Domestic postage

All items are posted within 1 day of the purchase date except for weekends and public holidays. We do not post consumables ordered on a Friday that need to be refrigerated unless specifically requested by the customer, this is to maintain the freshness and integrity of the product. Any items that fall into this category will be posted first thing the following Monday.

Generally the majority of our parcels are sent via a registered postal service to ensure a hassle free transaction. You will receive your tracking number in a confirmation email after the item has been marked as posted. All items have our return address on them in case delivery is not possible for some reason and the postal carriers chooses to “Return to sender”.
All orders are sent with a “Signature Required” for our postal companies, unless we are advised otherwise by customers that the courier has “authority to leave” the order.

Combined shipping rates are most welcome! In most cases we can send multiple of the same or different items in the same package and save you money, simply send us a message with items you would like to purchase and we will give you a postage quote.

International postage

We welcome international customers.

Can’t find the same product in your country or does the current Australian dollar make it a savvy choice to purchase it from us? Either way, with the surprisingly low cost of shipping and our successful international postage history it’s a smart move to purchase from us! 90% of the items we have for sale are able to be sent via our national carrier Australia Post to be on-forwarded to any country in the world. Please note that restrictions may apply to electrical goods, perishable goods & fragile items.

We can also potentially combine the cost of shipping for multiple purchases of the same or different items, the cost is calculated by the total weight of the parcel and not the amount of items in it.

We encourage anyone who would like a postage quote to simply contact us with the details of the items they wish to purchase, we can then give you the service options, prices for each and expected delivery time.

Warranty

Most of the top knife manufacturers offer lifetime warranties on their products. Warranties for all other items are generally advised in the product listing. Please note that warranties cover factory faults & defects that occur during normal operating procedures, issues that arise from misuse of the item won’t be covered. If you require further clarification about a specific products warranty coverage period please feel free to contact us.

Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy that applies to any item that is damaged on arrival or has defects of any kind, we strive to deliver the product in perfect order and as such will happily exchange the item or refund the full payment price including postage.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased please contact us to resolve the problem.

Please choose your items wisely. ‘Change of mind’ returns will only be considered if the customer is happy to accept merchandise credit of the same value, less the cost to send the replacement item/items. The buyer will be responsible for the return cost of the original purchase and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Any item being returned will need be received in a condition that is fit for re-sale as a new item, this includes all original packaging. Return requests of this nature will need to be received in writing or by phone within 7 days of the order being delivered.

Afterpay & Zip

Please note that we have a $75 minimum spend requirement for both Afterpay & Zip. If you have any concerns regarding your payments or account with either of these companies we ask that you contact them directly as we do not have access to this information.
