$25 per week. Please book in advance so we can confirm availability. We suggest the perfect batch of Salami will take between 3-8 weeks depending on casing size.
You are welcome to come check on your Salami during opening hours. The Cleaver cabinet is located at our store in Wangaratta at 159 Vincent Road.
No Security deposit is required as the cabinet is left in store.

**We reserve the right to raise our class fee at any point within reason; unstable meat prices make accurately costing classes months in advance of the event very difficult, unfortunately we don’t have a crystal ball to foresee any potential price rises and we will raise the cost to attend if we are advised of any significant cost increases.
